These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Orepay governing your access to and use of our platform.
By using Orepay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Orepay provides a digital platform for electronic services including airtime, data, bill payments, and ticketing. Orepay does not operate as a bank and does not accept deposits as a financial institution.
Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and comply with all applicable laws. Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination.
All transactions are processed through independent third-party providers. Orepay is not responsible for delays, reversals, or failures caused by such providers.
Refunds are subject to investigation and approval. Orepay reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility for reversals or compensation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orepay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms without prior notice.
You agree to indemnify and hold Orepay harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
